Once you have signed the Confidentiality Agreement, you can get your @meetball.fun email.

How to get a name@meetball.fun email address

Once you’ve signed our Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), you can request your very own @meetball.fun email address.

Step 1 – Go to: ineedmail.meetball.fun
This link takes you to our email request form, which asks for:

Your chosen email name (we suggest firstname@meetball.fun since we’re still a small crew — but firstname.lastname@meetball.fun works too if you prefer).
At least one recovery email (the first one must match the email you used to sign the NDA on BoldSign — this is how we verify it’s really you).
Optional phone recovery (not recommended, as SMS isn’t secure).
Whether to enable spam filtering (recommended unless you have a specific reason not to).

Step 2 – Submit the form
When you’ve filled it in, hit Request Email.

Step 3 – Verification
Our DevOps wizard, Guilherme, will:

Check you’re eligible (NDA signed, all details correct).
Approve your request.

Step 4 – Get your details
Once approved, Guilherme will DM you on Discord with:

Your new @meetball.fun email address.
Login instructions.
